Job Title: Technical Training Manager
Group/Division: China Service /Training Center
Position Location: Shanghai

Position Summary:
Under China Service organization, this position will be responsible for providing the qualified trainings to both internal service engineer teams and external customers, by utilizing the facility within training center in Shanghai. Eventually, leading the team to improve the service engineer team ‘s competence and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
To improve the internal and external training quality by well planning, process optimization and utilization of training facilities.
To track and manage daily training activities, and ensure the high standard training courses delivery.
To realize the Voice of Customer and develop multi –class training courses to fulfill the customer needs and delivery the better training financial result.
To enhance the internal training system and support field service managers making the assessment and improve the team competency, work together with HR BP to design the career ladders for engineer team.
To analyze the training data, and master the training center newsletter and monthly KPI reports.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: (Bullets)
Bachelor Degree required, advanced degree in related field will be considered as a plus.
Logical thinker and good demonstration skills, can demonstrate and present to a big group of audiences.
Good time management & organizational skills, can prioritize multiple tasks and goals, ensure the timely tasks delivery and goals achievement.
Excellent communication skills and teamwork , can work in a complex buiness metrix with internal and external customers ,as well as the colleagues in other department.
Non-Negotiable Hiring Criteria: (Bullet 3-5 key quantifiable skills or position requirements that the candidate must have to be considered for this position.)
Previous experience in facilitating training courses, proven ability to develop and optimize the process for both internal engineer trainings and external customer trainings.
Previous experience in training facility management like setup the regulations/ instruments tracking &etc.
Have good principles/ methodologies in making training plans to improve both the internal team competence and external customer experience.
