职位描述

Job Title:Operation Manager
Report To: VP
Location: Shanghai

Responsibilities:
- Develops overall business strategy for the operation.- Produces annual Profit Plan and Strategic Plan.- Responsible for overall profitability of operation.- Allocates targets and resources in support of the sales plan- Directs all manufacturing operations and support services at the site with emphasis on safety, quality, delivery and cost.- Ensures production objectives are met consistent with overall quality requirements- Continuously drives through process improvements and manages cost-out initiatives- Plans and controls operational processes through a full function of direct or shared services staff including, materials, engineering, quality, accounting and human resources.- Sets overall plant policies and procedures to insure effective manufacturing operations- Co-ordinates the execution of manufacturing schedules to optimize plant effectiveness- Directs and coaches subordinate staff in the performance of their respective roles- Guides long range planning relative to plant enhancements, equipment replacements and product moves- Represents the company in the local community to enhance its image and reputation- Manages, develops and motivates and recruits staff.- Responsible for roll out of Lean Systems and Six Sigma- Champion customer needs

Requirements:
-Bachelor in science, MBA is a preference
- Min. 8 years of plant or site operation management experience with production, supply chain, process technology, quality assurance/control, EHS, ERP, and maintenance team management responsibility and experience. 5 years management experience in American invested company is preferred.- Requires knowledge of products application, manufacturing, production planning, cost down, training, supplier quality management, project promotion.- Administrative requirements include budgeting, forecasting, human relations, and capital project planning- Good command of English in both Verbal & Written communication.
-Knowledge of OEE / ERP system / 6 Sigma + Lean manufacture / EHS / ISO
- Experience in Printing / OEM/ ODM/ EMS/ Electronic / Automobile / High Tech….
