区域销售经理
汇报对象 销售总经理
职能概述
责达成所负责客户的年度销售预算目标，并根据公司制定的年度销售目标细化到各代理品牌
CM店面的拓展和CM加盟商的招商、洽谈、维护和发展
多渠道、多品牌销售计划的制定、完善和执行，保证市场秩序，控制网络低价销售，跨区和水货销售；
新代理品牌的销售目标达成以及客户开发和维护
支持商用产品项目和个人影音产品的销售增长
协助公司产品部、推广部完成开店（新店和翻新）政策和推广计划的落实、监督和反馈工作

任职资格：
大学本科以上学历
英语四级以上，office软件操作熟练
八年以上工作经验，其中三年以上区域销售管理经验
电子、电器、IT行业优先
具备进口产品内贸经验的优先
有协同销售的技能和技巧
出色的销售计划和执行能力
较强的判断和决策能力
出色的谈判技巧和沟通、协调能力
熟悉各种销售相关的流程和制度
善于发现问题，用工作的态度解决问题
具备在时间压力下承受多任务的工作能力
每月能出差一周以上
