职位描述：

1、在集团分管指导下，全面主持物业公司工作；

2、负责物业公司各项目运作、管理；

3、有效领导各项目、部门经理并督导日常工作；

4、制定并完善物业公司各项制度及服务标准；

5、制定年度公司工作计划并监督落实，确保目标任务的完成；

6、对公司各级管理人员进行有效管理、合理评估，正确使用，使得人尽其才；

7、严抓企业各项收支，全面掌握企业财务状况，并根据状况合理调整企业经营方向；

8、协调好与集团各部门、合作单位及各级政府主管部门之间关系。



岗位要求：

1、大学本科及以上学历；

2、5年以上物业企业管理经验；

3、熟知物业管理政策法规，了解物业管理全过程；具有较强的解决、分析问题的能力；

4、良好的领导素质、沟通能力、团队建设和资源整合能力；

5、具有商业物业项目管理经验者以及有地域灵活性人员优先。
