Position: Logistics Manager
Department: Logistics /SCM
Reporting to: Sr. Logistics Manager, China
Location: Shenzhen

PRINCIPLE OBJECTIVES:
1. Overall manage south China logistics on operation performance，cost control and solution optimization， which cover shipping, warehouse and custom clearance.
2. Work with peers to setup south China logisitics strategy and continuously improve South China Logistics network to meet different customer requirement and in a scalable and cost effective manner.
3. Standardize South China logistics operation process with end to end logistics concept.
4. Setup and optimize KPI and regularly review with 3PL for performance improvement.
5. Support evaluation and implementation of China Logistics sourcing strategy.
6. Closely track China transportation cost.
7. Coach south China logistics team on behavior and mindset aim to be more effective and efficient with strategic thinking.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Ensure south China logistics operation performance to satisfy both customer requirements.
2. Closely monitor operation performance, perform root cause analysis for correction and improvement.
3. Work with logistics sourcing team for supplier management
4. Logistics database optimization
5. Core team member selection and development
6. Monitor 3PLs to make sure vouchers return back on time.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor graduate or above, major in logistics and engineering. Master/MBA preferred.
2. 8 years’ multinational company working experience in logistics /SCM department. 3PL experience is also suitable.
3. A demonstrated project leader to lead cross function team to deliver result within timeline
4. Experience at printing industry will be a plus
5. Strong operation experience on transportation, warehouse and cusctom clearance. And also good understanding of logistics market.
6. Strong import/export knowledge with hands-on experience.
7. Strong business sense and sensitivity.
8. Skillful with Microsoft office 2007, advanced Excel user preferred.
9. Fluent English and be able to work in multinational environment.
10. Good communication skill.
11. Both strong leadership and Team work spirit.
