岗位职责：
制定部门工作流程，建立公司生产计划控制、物料控制流程；
根据销售预测与公司产能，优化产能利用，降低生产运作成本；
建立公司物料控制流程，优化并控制物料库存；
优化生产计划与控制流程，协同相关部门提高效率，降低成本。
人员激励、考评、调整以及其他管理；
目标管理体系的建立及目标完成状况的总体控制；
流程完善及标准化管理制度的建立；
部门预算及成本控制；
与其他部门的协调工作；
厂长交办的其他事务。


入职要求：
大学本科，5~8 年大型跨国制造业工作经验，印刷行业优先；
熟悉制造业生产运营流程；有与销售，供应链，生产部门的良好合作经验与技巧；
有手工计划的经验
熟练使用ERP系统、办公软件，英语良好；
良好的沟通能力，团队合作精神和决策能力。
良好的资源整合能力以及问题分析与解决能力，能在压力下自主开展工作；
具体一定的管理知识
