Responsibilities:
？ Working on account management in daily onto the key accounts in the region of Northern China
？ Lead and coordinate cross functions team to serve customers issues as team
？ Work independently or / with the Business Development team & Business lines/GBUs to
generate/execute the business growth opportunities;
？ Provide business intelligence, market information in the competitive environment in the
responsible business region;

Profiles:
？ Bachelor degree or above, and major in Materials Science or Business related
？ At least five years of proven working experience in commercial roles (Sales, Business
Development) in aerospace industrial. Experience in composite materials industry is plus;
？ Good team player and sufficient communication skill to handle comprehensive issues internally
and externally with strong sense of accountability
？ Working spirit of Customer Focus and Result Oriented;
？ Passion for success, Self-motivated, Proactively looking for new challenges/opportunities;
？ Quick learner and Easy to adopt into new business environment;
？ Ability in strategic thinking, problem solving and negotiation/close the deal;
？ Good English and Chinese in both verbal and written;
？ Willing to work under pressure and frequent travel is requested (50%+)

Home base in Main Northern China city, such as Beijing, Shenyang accepted
