Responsibility

? Mine existing relationships as well as comprehensive sales and product plans to further grow Company relationships

? Company has relationship with multiple ODMs to support Google mobile and Google TV services. Work with them to collect POs on time

? Working with distributors to collect PO (purchase orders). Company sells a SW product through its distributor network. Work with them to collect POs on time

? Understand product and competitive products to be able demonstrate our value proposition effectively to clients

? Develop and execute account strategy and road maps for a long-erm relationship

? Develop and maintain relationships with decision makers in the market

? Interface with technical sales support team and customer success team to ensure customer satisfaction

? Achieve quarterly quotas

Qualification

? 10+ years of sales, solutioning, and consulting experience, ideally in one of these domains: Healthcare, Telecom & Media, Industrial and Travel and hospitality

? Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentations skills;

? Strong sales skill and customer engagement ability

? Strong experience in Software services selling, particularly in China

? Good knowledge of Engineering Services market in China

? Can work under big pressure, have patient to handle internal process

? Fluent written and spoken English;

? Willingness for extensive travel

? Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-moving team

? Energetic and highly motivated
