2、熟悉服装设计、工艺、生产流程和针织面料等知识；
3、对服装工厂的生产流程、生产管理有一定了解；
4、良好的沟通能力、表达能力和协调能力。
工作内容：
1、加强与客户（贸易公司外销员）的联系，随时掌握产品和订单的具体要求；
2、根据客户的要求和工厂的生产计划，保持双方的协调、沟通；
3、负责生产过程中的质量控制和工艺要求；
4、客户寄发的辅料的接受、检验、整理、统计及合理使用；
5、需要工厂自己订购的面料、辅料、纸箱等订购、接受、检验工作
