Report to: Sales Director

Location: Shanghai

The primary responsibility of this role is managing North China territory, for existing accounts as well as to further develop new accounts and new application within this region.

Responsibility

l Deliver Commercial targets in terms of volume, sales, cash target, overdue, forecast accuracy, market share and contribution margin, etc.

l Feed and deliver the innovation pipe line.

l Manage existing major accounts in North China by providing good forecast, coordinating order fulfillment and technical support. Handle skillfully customer requests and complaints and achieve good customer satisfactions.

l Closely work with internal teams, incl. local customer service team, technical support team, market development team, etc to fulfill customer needs.

l Follow company’s procedures to complete the meeting reports, monthly report, Business review reports, market intelligence report per the management and business need.

Requirement

l Possess a Bachelor’s degree, worked in MNC.

l Major in Polymer Science, preferred in Additives field, or chemical related.

l 4~6 years working experience in Chemical industry in commercial function or a technical supporting related role.

l Chinese as mother tongue and Fluent in both written/spoken English as working language.

l Be strong in Collaboration, understanding others, risk taking and customer oriented.

l Be willing and able to travel frequently to North China

l Excellent communication skills
