Responsibilities:

？ Analyze and review the inventory, alert for the shortage and excess inventory. Keep on tracking the improvement plan until solve the issue.

？ OESP inventory daily monitor and replenishment execution. Optimize the whole OESP warehouse operation process and inventory data quality from system improve point view.

？ Regional Distributor Center (RDC) inventory allocation plan to fulfill the shipment and keep the RDC inventory healthy

？ Keep on upgrade the replacement methodology by system and process enhancement to support the business development

？ Co-work with planner to coordinate the production schedule to meet the shipment

？ Regular meeting with sales/Marketing to review the RDC and  Non-effective inventory

？ Tracking with plant/technical side for the OE yield improvement especially for the Critical Sinsha Kikakaugai (CSK) size.

Requirements:

？ Bachelor degree in Science/Engineering/Supply Chain

？ 5+ years SCM Planning working experience, if there was inventory control or COE/CI experience was the plus.

？ Strong at analysis and planning methodology/process enhancement

？ Ability to work with cross function teams to well drive the sales demand into supply planning to achievement high order fill rate.

？ Negotiation Skill, computer Skills, math Skill, .good written and verbal communication Skill, multi-Tasking, time management skill was the plus

？ Keep as continuous improvement inspiration to support  planning methodology/system/tool development and implication

？ Language proficiency: English is mandatory
