6. Train trainer and supervisors techniques and skills for training.
7. Appraisal of training effectiveness.
8. Design career development for all positions.
9. Knowledge management.

Requirement:
1. Minimum of 8 years human resources experience.
2. Minimum of 3 years training manager experience.
3. Preferable to have experience in retail industry.
4. Ability to architect and drive change.
5. Ability to build strong working relationships, internal and external to the organization.
