职位描述
Job dimensions
-The Refurbishment Manager works closely with the Head of Repair & Maintenance.
The Refurbishment Manager develops the tendering documents, creates the project plans, assigns tasks to project personnel, monitors project contractor teams and the project, manages risks, escalates issues from store R&M teams and contractors, and controls budgets.
Communication to affected leadership and sponsors as well as the project team assigned is paramount to success in this role.
Key responsibilities
-Project Management:
?Use available Project Management tools to schedule and track project and resources.
?Drive project outcomes while maintaining Time, Scope, Resources, & Quality.
?Provide day to day supervision and work direction of project teams.
?Provide project/status reporting to appropriate Sponsors and internal project governance.
?Maintain and adhere to SOP and Change Management Standards.
?Provide input to Management on Associate performance for review purposes (indirect people leadership).
-Financial Management:
?Develops project cost/financial objectives for inclusion in the business plan. Meet overall budget expectations.
?Ensure costs charged to the project are appropriate, complete, categorized properly and tracked. (capital vs. expense)
-Risk Management:
?Do risk assessment of projects and systems for the business and provide contingency plans
-KPIs:
?Project delivery on time,
?Quality delivery in full,
?No Budget be over spent,
?No accidents of the refurbishment projects
Working relationships
-Construction, Expansion, Regional R&M, Project Development, Assets Management.
-Legal Department – Legal Advice.
-Financial Department / Tax, Accounting, Treasury.
-Government Relationship Department
-Operations
-Permanent interaction with authorities, Consultants
Skills
-College degree
-Good communication and negotiation skills to convince and persuade others to follow the course of action

-Ability to make decisions pertaining to projects managed
-Ability to allocate resources dependent on project
-Ability/autonomy in running projects within best practice project management constraints
-Ability to utilize Best Practice project management procedures available
-Fluency in Chinese and English.
-Minimum 4 years of related working experience
