职位描述

Main Responsibility:
Manage the day to day scheduling of material from the supply base.
Manage the issuance of agreed reports and formats to suppliers in line with agreed schedules.
Process any additional customer requirements in a timely fashion.
Work within defined guidelines to actively reduce Excess / Obsolete material.
Manage Vendor on time delivery, schedule and process adherence.
Issue purchase orders to the supply base in line with actual needs and procedures.
Ensure timely resolution of all receiving discrepancies.
Reconcile Open PO reports with Vendor base per guidelines.
Reschedule Orders to minimize inventory in line with actual needs and predefined goals.
Attending daily meetings and supplying information in line with defined requirements.
Prepare and manage Strategic Supplier Performance Reviews.
Liaise with: planning department regarding materials availability for production; NPI department on new product introductions and Warehousing department on material receipts.

Requirements:
Evidence of solid experience of modern materials supply methods.
Microsoft package skills must include proficiency in excel and word.
Must be numerate and comfortable with following data in a fast moving environment
Must be able to use sound judgement to ensure best use of resources
Experience in a similar role in a high volume manufacturing environment
Experience in an MRPII/ERP manufacturing systems environment would be an advantage.
Knowledge of the turnkey industry an advantage.
2-3 years experience in a similar role.
