职位描述：
？ 作为新产品导入的项目管理，确保项目能够在计划范围内，准时保质地交付；
？ 作为客户端、销售端、NPD设计及工厂间的桥梁，以工厂的角度参与前期产品开发（比如工厂生产能力、产品工艺流程、生产制造成本等）；
？ 定期召集项目相关成员（包括销售、NPD、工艺、质量、生产、资源、计划、物料等），召开项目进度回顾会，及时传递准确信息，保证信息传递准确，提前预知项目风险，进而保证项目的顺利进行
？ 全权负责新产品的试产，协调各项文件的准时传递（包括产品信息、技术参数、物料清单、工艺流程、质量标准、操作指引、潜在失效模式分析等），保证物料、设备、模具按照规定时间到达
？ 试产结束后，召开试产总结会，总结试产过程中出现的问题点，记录试产过程中的相关参数（损耗、效率、异常、问题点等），评估试产的结果
？ 其他项目相关的协调和沟通工作

Qualification:
1. 本科学历，5年以上工作经验；
2. 有印刷包装工艺工程师经验优先，有项目管理工作经验优先。
3. 善于沟通，有一定的管理经验；
4. 熟练读写英语，英语口语听力强优先。
