职位描述:
1.Provide first/second level support to local IT infrastructure including system, network, telecom and windows AD support.

2.Monitor system/lan/wan/internet service and ensure network reliability.

5.Ensure that client computers are compliant with anti-virus software and other security patches as defined per Global IT Standards.

6.Ensure that all installed software is properly licensed and within Magna IT’s Security Policy.

7.Ensure that all asset information for the location is always up to day and correct.

8.Participate in project coordination, documentation and reporting.

1.Higher diploma or above 3 years working experience in customer service.

2.Excellent understanding of customer services and strong sense of customer focus.

5.Knowledge of basic computer hardware, including laptops/desktops, printers and other peripherals.
