职位描述：
Reviewing, drafting and negotiating various types of commercial and IP contracts and the others legal documents
Advising operational teams (sales, purchasing, marketing, finance, HR, logistic…) regarding legal implications of proposed business
Ensuring, effective coordination and harmonization of legal approach and cooperation between all companies of the A Raymond Network
Providing the foreigner investment legal supporting and the others legal supporting to the general corporate matters
Ensuring resolution of disputes, litigation settlements
Assist in implementation of the compliance and training programs, research related China legal issues, following and studying the important new law ( amendment ) or regulations to the companies
Supervise and assist outside counsel in various legal proceedings
Necessary legal trainings providing ( internal and external ,global and local , bilingual )
4 years law degree with a relevant experience of practical legal work, in-house experiences will be preferable (in house lawyer dealing with commercial and IP law). 举报 分享
