工作范围:

1.生产现场工艺控制；
2.汇报给厂长。
工作职责：
1.执行公司已认定的制造工艺流程，工艺参数及产品标准；按规定频率进行工艺抽检并做好记录；
2.负责督促、检查岗位操作工认真执行工艺流程、工艺参数及产品标准。对违反规定的员工进行纠正、教育及处罚；
3.与技术部门进行有效沟通并积累实践经验进行总结；
4.对现有生产过程中的各种工艺和质量问题，分析原因，提出可行的改进方案；
5.编制作业指导书文件并组织实施；
6.完成领导交办的其他工作。



任职要求：

1.30周岁以下；
2.本科以上学历，高分子材料相关专业；
3.熟练办公软件操作；
4.1-2年以上压延、硫化工作经验，熟悉塑料板材/薄膜加工，熟悉压延、挤出生产过程，熟悉PVC、PE、PP等材料的使用和改进；
5.有塑料制造业工作经验；
6.良好的团队合作精神与沟通能力，学习能力强。
