Responsibilities:
Report to GM directly
Coordinate quality communication between operations, commercial, procurement, customers, and suppliers as appropriate.
Progress process and manufacturing improvements to maximize throughput efficiency at a minimal cost in concert with engineering, production, and commercial expectations.
Review and improve the Quality management system to facilitate a continuous improvement process within the organization.
Create, maintain and improve internal processes within the Quality management system in liaison with the process owners
Implement, execute and maintain supplier audit and development
Perform internal Quality training for all staffs

Requirement:
Bachelor Degree (4 yrs) in related field, Master degree is a PLUS
Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
Excellent MS-Office knowledge
Above 5 years Quality system experiences and 2 years management role
Green Belt or min. 2 yrs. Lean-Six-Sigma experiences

2. 熟悉质量工具，如六西格玛，MSA等。

3. 5年以上制造工厂质量管理相关专业工作经验、2年以上管理经验。

4. 有建立、维护ISO9000、14000、18000体系的经验。
5. 严谨、认真、负责、诚信并拥有良好的团队合作精神。

6、能在压力下工作，较强的沟通能力。
