职位描述：
Principle Accountabilities:
? Layout Planning (Process and Material Flow)
? Process Capability Study
? Process Capacity Study (Capacity Verification- Include Cycle Time and Productivity)
? Tooling and Jigs/Fixtures Development and Management
? Develop Process Specification and Work Instructions (WI)
? Develop Process Flow Chart and PFMEA
? Ergonomics Study
? Introduction of necessary Error Proofing Techniques
? Initiate Process Improvement
? Establish and maintain MFG BOM

Education/Requirements:
? Bachelors Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing System, Electrical or Macaronis Engineering
? 2~3 Years of working experiences as Manufacturing/Production Engineer in automotive parts assembly/manufacturing plant. Understand and have worked under TS16949 Requirements.
? Experiences in Process, Jigs/Fixtures and Tooling Management
? Able to operate AutoCAD Software and well versa in Office Application Software (e.g. Word, Excel and Power Point and etc.)
? Able to speak, write and listen well in both Mandarin and English
