职位描述：
1. Organize and supervise Finance Department
2. Implement Finance Department personal responsibility and work standards, work closely with production, project, supply chain and other departments to strengthen coordination and cooperation with relevant departments
3. Be responsible for organizing and implementation of the "Accounting Law" and local government laws and regulations related to financial operations
4. Supervise the financial management system, accounting, cost accounting procedures, cost management accounting and related financial supervisory special management regime
5. Supervise the AR collection, accelerate cash flow, and improve working capital efficiency.
6. Preparation of all finance statement required by PRC and US GAAP
7. Be responsible for organization of cost management. Forecasting, control, accounting, analysis and assessment, to reduce consumption, save costs, improve profitability and ensure the completion of the company's profit targets
8. Implementation and monitoring of the internal control system and be responsible for the interfacing with finance auditors, taxation office, bankers and custom office.
9. Review economic contracts and carefully monitor its implementation
10. Analysis of operating results and make practical recommendations and measures
11. Supervise the inventory
12. Be responsible for the IT management and maintenance of the ERP system of the company
13. Be responsible for the preparation for the payroll
Requirement:
1. Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
2. 10+ years of experience in related manufacturing industries in MNC, 5+ years of management experience
3. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills as related to multinational team leadership and global communication.
4. English is fluently in both oral and writing
5. Comprehensive knowledge in finance and rich experience in account process and finance management
6. Strong experience in PRC Statutory and GAAP accounting processes and familiar with related laws, regulations and policies in finance, taxation and audit
