职位描述：
1.To confirm the quality objectives by relying on the lessons learned of similar previous projects ;
2.To sketch the assurance quality plan of the project ;
3.To present the quality choices and status in front of the customer ;
4.To commit with the customers (i.e. Motor Plant) on the quality assurance activities (APQP);
5.To participate to the internal and suppliers development follow-up meetings, to evaluate the quality risks and to trigger any needed actions;
6.To participate with the customers to the development follow-up meetings and to present the quality matters;
7.To support the other departments (mainly the design center and the process planning) and to participate actively to the risks management (Process FMEA, update of the product FMEA, predictive reliability, documents review, …);
8. To define the traceability requirements;
9. To receipt, evaluate the suppliers PPAP and approve them when the quality goals are achieved;
10. To development Process Control Plan(Prototype/ OTS/ Pre-serise/ Launch control plan, and process inspection check sheet;
11. To leading customer PPAP preparation and PPAP Build Requirements;
12.To build Pre-Series and Launch quality activities (incl. containment) and feedback loops initiated;
13.To build incoming inspection check sheet. 举报 分享
