职位描述：
岗位职责Job Responsibilities
? 针对现场存在的问题提出改善课题，组织相关人员攻关改善，课题改善后的SOP等文件及文件修改
Put forward improvement subject as per existing problem on site and organize related people to improve and draft and revise SOP and related documentation
? 提供设备状态维修数据，突发性故障的处理，提交月、年度预防性维修计划
Provide maintenance data and handle burst breakdown and provide monthly, quarterly and annual preventive maintenance plan
? 统计维修数据及撰写维修报告，提出持续改善课题
Collect maintenance data and draft maintenance report and put forward continuous improvement subject
? 对特种设备，关键设备和瓶颈设备制定特殊维修控制要求和实施方案
Draft special maintenance plan with particular maintenance control requirement and implement plan for special equipment, key equipment and bottle-neck equipment
? 发掘现场生产中存在的影响生产品质效率的问题点，提出设备改善要求，并进行推动改善。
Find issue point which would affect product quality and put forward improvement requirement and push it
? 监督检查项目执行情况，总结回顾项目问题，做出持续改善跟踪
Watch and check project implement and review issues and conduct continuous improvement track
? 实施项目计划\现场跟进检查及进度汇报
Implement project plan and schedule report
? 为部门管理提供数据支持
Provide data for department management

任职资格Job qualifications

? 本科及以上学历
Bachelor degree or above
? 有10年化工厂相关工作经验,机械背景
10 years related working experience in chemical plant, machinery background
? 英语读写良好

  Formed in 2012, Momentive Union Specialty Chemical (hereafter: MUSC), produces phenolic resin and strategically aims to serve the customers through China and other Asia Pacific countries. The production site is located in Zhenjiang, Jiangsu Province in China, with total annual capacity of 40 KT in first phase, major products include liquid phenolic resin, powder phenolic resin and flake phenolic resin. Hexion Inc. acquired UPC Technology Corporation’s stake in a common joint venture company in 2015 and became sole owner of Zhenjiang Site.

The facility began operation in the fourth quarter of 2014 and it produces a full range of specialty novolac and resole phenolic resins used in a diverse range of applications including refractories, friction, abrasives, insulation foam and forest products. These products are sold under the industry-leading Bakelite? and Sylvic? trade names.
