职位描述：
? Lead Supplier Capability Assessment (mostly new supplier risk assessment)
? Support Direct Material Sourcing Process (Tech Reviews, Supplier Feasibility Analysis ,Pre-Sourcing) to ensure new suppliers understand Inteva SRM, APQP, PPAP requirement according to corporate PDP procedure
? Focus EARLY on New Program Launch issues, to develop suppliers to minimize launch risks.
? Mentor High Risk Suppliers from APQP to PPAP
? Conduct Part & Process audit and Run@ Rates
? Coordinate with Suppliers the Production Part Approval Process, performing reviews
? Ensure required Supplier PPAP information is submitted to Inteva Plant for final approval by the established target dates.
? Monitor supplier GP12 activities
? To conduct training of quality tools and Inteva special requirements to suppliers
? Provide technical supports to the supplier base for problem analyze and solving in support global sourcing business in Chinese supplier.
? Support supplier to improve quality performance, like PPM/customer complains/CONQ reduction activities.
? Solve immediate need(s) issues as directed by the SD supervisor.

Education/Requirements:
? Bachelor degree in engineering or equivalent.
? Quality systems knowledge and accreditation.
? In depth knowledge of main automotive quality tools.
? Knowledge of auditing methods (System and process).
? At least 4 years experience in the manufacturing industry preferably in automotive- Door latch/WR/motor manufacturing preferred.
? Experience with quality system implementation.
? Experience in auditing suppliers. Preferred lead auditor certification.
? Supervisory experience.
? Knowledge of Continuous Improvement methodologies.
