职位描述：
Responsibilities:

1. In-depth understanding the technical requirement of some of the key AC/CP customers and applications such as aircraft part production and semiconductor, general engineering, machining, welding etc. Follow up important trial order and real order production process. Coordinate with Technology & QA department and planning department to realize the order execution.
2. Project management within the plant for some new product development or key industry project trial orders as well as serve as the interface on the technical side to the customer for those projects, supporting the Sales and BD functions
3. Technical interface between customer/sales team and the plant. Involve into R&D work for local customer. Conduct necessary analysis and test work together with the metallurgist in the plant. Follow up on the material application performance in customer end such as machining house and subcontractor workshop, and communicate these information back to the plant for potential improvement.
4. Effectively collect necessary technical information of the incoming order and submit for technical inquiry reviewing, join order inquiry meeting in the plant and feed back to the sales team and the customer in time. Systematic documentation of customer information.
5. Travel to the customer with sales team for business development from technical perspective. Provide technical support to the sales team. In time handling with the claim or technical questions from the customer.
6. Compose product brochures for marketing. Join exhibition/seminar/conference for the promotion of Aleris brand and product. Investigate latest development in target industry.
7. Other duties assigned by the manager.

Key Requirement:
1. Master or Bachelor degree on Metallurgy/Material Science & Technology/Mechanics etc.
2. Strong engineering background (with production experience preferred) above 5 years at least. Preferably with aluminum or steel(or other advanced material) technical background. Strong market experience is also preferred.
3. Good Communication skills, fluent English (oral and written).
4. Team working spirit.
5. Project Management experience preferred
6. Good inter-personal skills
