Responsibilities岗位职责

? Comply with company EHS requirements and continuously identifying areas for improvement.
遵守公司环境健康和安全要求，并不断完善。
? Ensure the safety in the lab and follow safety rules.
确保实验室的安全并遵守安全规范。
? Ensure the analytical equipment in good condition, contact supplier to for trouble shooting; make calibration plan and follow .
确保分析仪器保持良好的状态，如果发生故障能联系供应商; 安排校正的计划并追踪。
? Ensure the analytical method available , the reliability of the analytical result.
确保分析方法的可行，分析结果的可靠性
? Make reporting of the statistics monthly.
完成月的分析统计报告。
? Implement the new method validation and develop the current method
执行新方法的确认和改进现有的方法
? Manage the retention sample and sample to customer
管理留存样品和客户送样的样品
? Ensure good housekeeping to meet the 5S requirements .
保持良好的工作环境并达到5S要求。
? Train the lab technician on analytical skill and tools.
对实验室技术员进行分析技巧和工具的培训
? Issue /modify the SOP as needed.
按照需要起草和修改SOP
? Raise and report the abnormal problem/variance in the process/product
提出并报告生产工艺和产品的异常情况和偏差

Requirements 任职要求
? Junior college degree or above, major in chemical analysis or other related areas
大专或以上学历，主修化工分析,仪器分析或相关专业；
? Fluent in spoken and written English
英语说写流利，
? Know well of quality system, ISO 9000,GMP OSA and basic stat. knowledge
熟悉质量系统和基本的统计知识，如ISO9000,GMP, OSA ；
? Hope to develop personal career in quality management department or QC lab in area chemical or food /pharmaceutical plant or R&D department
愿望在化工食品制药等领域进行个人职业发展，从事质量控制或者质量管理
? Good learning ability, result oriented, working initiatively and with team work spirit
具有良好的学习接受能力和团队合作精神，勇于追求，敢于负责
