The senior E&I technician will be responsible for the maintenance of MUSC site electrical & instrument equipment and system, to make sure site E&I system work normally and ensure production line running normally.

Main Responsibilities职责:

1. Daily emergency troubleshooting & inspection of electrical & instrument system.

2. Implement electrical and instrument preventive maintenance work order as PM plan.

3. Coordinate sub-contractor for in-time maintenance

4. Ensure all maintenance work follow MUSC site EHS regulation

5. Implement some electrical instrument installation and improvement modifications.

6. Regular calibration of instrumentations.

7. Cooperate with production team within own discipline

8. Support capital project team about the commissioning of electrical & instrument system from
safety and quality perspectives.

9. Support maintenance material/spare parts management.

Qualification任职条件:

1． Technical college diploma and above, major is electrical or automation
电器或自动化专业中专或以上学历
2． Possess an electrician qualification from the National Labor Bureau would be a must.
有电工证
3． working experience in maintenance field of chemical plant is appreciated
有化工企业工作经验优先
4. High voltage operation license is appreciated

  Formed in 2012, Momentive Union Specialty Chemical (hereafter: MUSC), produces phenolic resin and strategically aims to serve the customers through China and other Asia Pacific countries. The production site is located in Zhenjiang, Jiangsu Province in China, with total annual capacity of 40 KT in first phase, major products include liquid phenolic resin, powder phenolic resin and flake phenolic resin. Hexion Inc. acquired UPC Technology Corporation’s stake in a common joint venture company in 2015 and became sole owner of Zhenjiang Site.
