ABOUT THIS COMPANY:
An America-invested Auto Company in Changzhou,Jiangsu Provin is looking for China Regional Sales Manager.

ABOUT THIS POSITION:
POSITION TITLE: China Regional Sales Manager

BASIC FUNCTION
Build effective relationships between customers in China and the Company through effective management of the China Sales team.
Increase sales and develop new opportunities for existing and new products through current and future customers. Effectively manage day-to-day commercial decisions within China while maintaining a long
term global vision and strategy.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
· 4 year technical / business degree or equivalent.
· 5 years of Tier 1 Automotive OEM customer facing sales experience.
· Strong verbal and written English language skills.
· Chinese language proficiency.
· 5 years of management experience with a preference in sales.
· Strong interpersonal skills and verbal communication skills
· Ability to deliver and contribute at the senior management level within the Company and our Customers.
· Utilizes critical thinking abilities to make both day-to-day and long-term strategic decisions
· Demonstrated technical aptitude.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities.
· Office based role with the ability to travel as necessary to support customer relationship and development needs.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· 10 years of Tier 1 Automotive OEM experience including powertrain.
· International business experience.
· Demonstrated strong sales and negotiation skills.
· Demonstrated personal computer skills including Microsoft Office products.

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS
· Reports to the Global Sales & Marketing Manager
· Primary Internal Customers:Asia Sales Manager, China Business Manager, Global Sales Leads, Inside Sales Manager, Marketing Manager, Customer Service, Product Engineering and Quality Assurance.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES
· Achieve team and individual new business awards consistent with strategic business objectives and annual sales targets.
· Initiate, develop and maintain customer contacts necessary to identify customer needs, communicating those needs internally and influencing customer decision making processes.
· Work with the Global Sales team to consistently manage our customer relationships.
· Form short and long-strategic plans for the Chinese market in cooperation with the Asian Sales Manager.
· Ability to make daily decisions in line with the local market strategy and our long-term global objectives.
· Manage the daily activities of the China Customer Account Manager(s) to support relationship development.
· Proactively lead the process for localization of products in China including inter-company transfers.
· Support order-to-cash cycle requirements to optimize customer terms / receivables performance.
· Manage customer satisfaction goals including determining and recommending an appropriate response to customer.
· Identify and target new product growth opportunities for current and future products.
· Assist with customer programs requiring cross-functional coordination (i.e. APQP, cost reduction, etc.).
· Develop and communicate quotations, including product pricing, that support division profitability objectives, satisfy sales group initiatives, and maintain competitiveness within the marketplace.
