Description of Duties/工作职责描述:
1. Organizing, corresponding, controlling and planning for the action of systems management of Human Resources. Plan and project.
2. Explaining and carrying out the rules, criterions and programs of Human Resources system, industrial safety, environment. health and safety(environmental safety);
3. Committing to the training and development of our employees, and other functions in related area, ensure effective management.

2. With more than 5 years’ experiences in human resources area;
3. She has the college educational background at least;
4. Can use the English very well in listening & speaking and reading & writing.
