ACTIVITIES
1.Supervise Maintenance to ensure equipment & facilities are in sound working conditions all the time and
responsible for any planning and implementation of plant further expansion and modification;确保工厂设施正常

2.Lead the team members to achieve the maintenance responsibilities; 领导本部门成员完成日常维修任务；
3.Set up and improve the preventive maintenance plan; 建立并不断完善预防维护计划；
4.Provide necessary training to inner guys and contractor employees; 为部门内员工和供应商员工提供必要的培训；
5.Ensure contractor action or behaviors in compliance with HSE and Quality requirements; daily management of the
HSE in the dominative area, report deviation, observes subordinates deviation report and change. 确保与维修部
有关的质量和安全要求被有效的执行和满足；辖区日常的健康安全环保管理，报告背离事件，监督下属的背离事件的

6.Optimize the use of the facilities to improve the production efficiency and volume; 优化设备的使用, 提高生产效率

7.Control and manage the spare parts, identify the important accessory, keep right storage and control the
accessory issue; 控制和管理备品备件, 识别重要备件, 保持合理库存及控制备件发放；
8.New equipment selection, purchase requisition, quality inspection and write-off management; 新设备选型、请购

9.Project management, ensure contractor action or behaviors in compliance with HSE and Quality requirements;
保承包商的行为符合HSE和质量要求；
10.Work together with production manager and reliability engineer，finish project work.同生产经理和可靠性工程师
起完成项目工作
11.Maintenance management under proper operation; 进行正确的维修操作管理；
12.Safety and quality together with in time rate are expected from this plant; 追求及时率的同时要求安全和质量

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

1.Strong responsibility and team consciousness; good team leader and strong communication ; 责任心强，有团
意识，团队领导和沟通能力
2.8 years or above work experience and 5 years maintenance management experience, prefer in manufacturing
MNC.8年以上相关经历和5年在制造型跨国公司维修管理经验；
3.Familiar with OEE and bad actor program, Knowledge on mechanism and electric; 熟悉设备效率管理和程序，和
关设备与电气知识；
4.Good written and oral English; 良好英文说写能力
