Main Responsibilities:

1. Reporting directly to Plant Manager, will be responsible for the coordination of the corrective and preventive maintenance activities, responsible for maintaining and improving the safety protections of the equipments and maintaining the equipments good order and cleanliness.

2. Work with the Engineering department and Plant manager to continuously improve the equipment efficiency.

3. Conducts employee performance reviews based on job descriptions to determine competency, knowledge, and contribution of the maintenance technicians.

4. Create and maintain Preventive Maintenance Program.

5. Ensures that all maintenance technicians are trained on the most updated version of the operating procedures.

6. Maintains safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures.

7. Coordinates activities with Plant Operations Departments.

8. Monitors the use and inventories of spare parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment and initiates reordering when necessary.

Requirments:

1.Above 5 years working experience in maintenance management.
2.Basic knowledge of the mechanical principles.
3.Familiar with pressure equipment, plastic extruding machine, electroplating.
4.Good English skill is mandotory.

5.Experience working in multinational is desirable.
