Main Responsibilities:

1. Create and implement the Company Quality System acording to ISO standard.

2. Promoting quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization.

3. Working with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements from external suppliers.

4. Considering the application of environmental and health and safety standards.

5. Agreeing standards and establishing clearly defined quality methods for staff to apply, according with company Specifications.

6. Defining quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff.

7. Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures.

8. Coordinating with technical and production department the analysis investigation and answer preparation to customer complaints.

9. Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports.

10. Identifying relevant quality-related training needs and delivering training.

11. Ensuring tests and procedures are properly understood and carried out and evaluated the effectiveness.

12. Manage and maintain the Company’s quality inspection and product release programs for incoming and in-process materials and components, processes and finished goods.

13.Assessing the product specifications of the company and its suppliers,and comparing with customer requirements14. Create DOE (Design of Experiments) for problem solving analysis.

Requirments:

1. Minimum 5 years working experience as Quality Manager.

2. Experience in setting up ISO quality system.

3. Working experience in multinational is desirable.

4. Knowledge and application experience of PPAP,APQP, DOE.

5. Must know the standard quality tools (PDCA, control plan, Kaizen, ISO and etc.)
