Scope of Work:
Be responsible for the development and management of the Quality system in the organization, report to Plant GM directly.

Working Location: Zhenjiang, JiangSu

Responsibilities:
Ø Quality System
² Develop a Quality System that can be applied to Novalis factories.
² Coordinate all customer inquiries and discussions related to quality and process improvement
Ø On-site Quality Control
² Develop Product Quality Standards on existing products if insufficient and new products
Ø Supply Chain Quality Management
² Perform periodic factory audits
² Assist Supply Chain in the qualification of suppliers and OEM manufacturers
² Establish, train and enforce quality standards and OEM product/sub-component quality standards
² Track and coordinate supplier and OEM manufactures certification and re-certification process
Ø Factory and Product Certification- ISO, CE, AGBB, LEED, Floor Score

Qualifications:
Ø Holds a University degree in Engineering, Quality or related degree.
Ø 10 years minimum in quality with 5 years in quality management Experience with setting up and maintaining ISO 9001:2000, 14000, 18000 or equivalent systems.
Ø Familiar with related tools, such as 6 sigma, MSA， SPC, etc.
Ø Good at MS Office especially excel skill
Ø Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
