Duty:
Mold development and modification.
According to ARZ standard prepare tool information for mold design and inquire quotation.
Confirm lead time with suppliers in accordance with project schedule to achieve anticipative target.
Discuss mold technical issue with Engineering depts., Injection workshop and other Production sections,Equipment section, Method & Supports section.
For the new plastic project need to launch robot fixture and process document and quality control method.
For the new Assembly project need to launch assembly machine requirement of Specifications.
Work with Injection workshop and Quality Engineering Depts. to approve mold on time.
Mold maintenance technical support.
Create safety stock for spare part and relative components.
