生产计划及物料控制经理
工作地点：镇江丹徒新区

工作职责：
1、 直接向厂长汇报，全面负责物流部门管理工作，包括生产计划、进出口、仓储物流、采购管理工作；
2、 接单、安排总体生产计划，和客户沟通交货期；审核物料计划，控制库存；
3、 下达生产指令和相关生产文件，领导周计划会；
4、 负责优化计划，采购和物流能力；
5、 对所属员工进行业绩考核、不定期对下属人员进行稽核（下属员工大约40人）；
6、 MRPⅡ/ERP的推动与完善。

职位要求：
学历：本科或同等文化水平
关键素质能力：计划业务专业能力、沟通协调能力、组织和决断能力
性格特征：敏感、细致、耐心
8年以上制造业相关工作经验，熟悉现场生产计划控制，物料需要计划控制和较强的协调沟通能力。
