Key Accountabilities:
？ Accepting customer orders in terms of transferring them into the ERP system.
？ Execution of plausibility checks (amount, delivery dates, master data, update status, production capacity, stocks, prices, minimum order quantity, terms of delivery and payment).
？ Keying in and updating the order data into the available ERP System.
？ Informing customers about delivery dates, delays in delivery or changes.
？ Confirming and checking of delivery dates.
？ Initiating measures when there are backlogs, additional or less requirements as well as cancellations.
？ Possibly initiating the next level of escalation by passing on information to the superior and affected departments.
？ Checking the order progress, the transport, the goods issue and the invoice processing.
？ Dealing with complaints, returned deliveries, credit notes, as well as possible charges.
？ Accepting complementary tasks which are delegated by the next superior and necessary for the on time delivery.
？ Ensure that all processes and policies of Momentive UPC JV are followed at all times.
？ Participation in multidisciplinary and inter-divisional project works.
