Position Titel: Customer Service Coordinator 客服协调员
Report to: Customer Service Supervisor
Location: Zhengjiang, Jiangsu

Responsibilites:
The main purpose of this position is to support the customer service supervisor to manage daily business operations in customer service from order to cash and execute weekly tasks and actions. The job will need good communication skill in different departments for daily work and also problem solving. It also need to prepare related report for sales management.
1. IT operations/ process improvements
2. Sales figure preparation
3. Credit/ AR control and follow up
4. SOP improvements
5. Assigned tasks from Customer Service Supervisor
6. Communication and coordination between departments internally and externally with SUs.
7. Claim handling
8. Order tracking
9. Payment follow up
10. Other tasks assigned by line manager

Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree is required
2. At least 1 years experience in sales/marketing/ customer service/ international trading area is preferred
Working experience in tube business is a plus
3. International trading regulations
4. Basic financial knowledge.
5. IT/PC skills (LN,MS office)
6. Good English
7. Good skill in MS Excel is a plus
