岗位职责：
1. 建立年度环境保护的绩效目标，减少废弃物，控制能源消耗
2. 与其他部门密切协作，确保EHS管理体系的有效运行
3. 组织风险评估，推动各部门纠正措施的有效运行，以减少工作危害
4. 负责完成公司新建项目的相关环境，安全、职业卫生的验收
5. 根据法规及公司内部要求对公司废弃物处理进行管理，定期跟踪及监测
6. 计划和实施内部EHS体系审核，确保运行满足公司和法规的要求
7. 安全事故报告，调查及处理，追踪纠正预防措施，确保其有效解决
8. 领导应急响应小组，开展有效救援、紧急疏散演练，持续改进应急响应程序
9. 维护所有记录和监测程序，以满足管理和法规的要求
10.负责承包商安全管理，确保承包商人员遵守公司EHS要求
11.发展具体EHS培训项目，使其满足管理、员工、承包商和访客的要求
12.定期职业健康体检，职业病监测，评估及预防
13.参与建立，维护，运行ISO14001,OHSAS18001管理体系
14.特种设备与特种设备人员的管理
15.组织EHS检查确保EHS要求的有效执行
16.组织相关部门开定期例会，商讨存在的问题，制定出行动方案，确保持续改进的效力
17.危化品安全管理
18.消防安全监督管理

Job Responsibilities:
1. Establish annual performance goals of environmental protection reduce waste, control of energy consumption
2. Work closely with other departments to ensure EHS management system to be effectively carried out
3. Organize risk assessment and push correction action to be implemented effectively by each dept to reduce job hazardous
4. Responsible for completing the company's new investment projects related to environmentald, occupational health and safety inspection
5. According to regulations and internal requirements to manage waste disposal, regularly tracking and monitoring
6. Plan and implement internal EHS system audit to ensure the operation compliance with the company and legal requirements
7. Do accident reporting, investigation and corrective action; Follow up the corrective and preventive actions and ensure effective closure
8. Lead ERT to perform effective rescue drill and organize plant emergency evacuation drill to comply with emergency plan and improve the process continuously
9. Maintain all records and monitoring programs to achieve compliance with corporate and legislative requirements
10. In charge of contractor safety management, to ensure contractor follow company EHS requirement
11. Develop specific EHS training program to be appropriate for management and employees level as well as applicable for contractors and visitors
12. Regular health examination, occupational monitoring, assessment and prevention
13. To maintain ISO14001&OHSAS18001 management system, maintain related standards, procedures and processes, implement the external and internal audit
14. Special equipments and special equipment operators management
15. To organize the EHS inspection to ensure EHS requirements are implemented effectively
16. Hold regular meetings with related departments, communicate on the existing problems, and work out action plan for the next stage, ensure effectiveness and focus on continuous improvement
17. Safety management of hazardous chemicals
18. Supervision of fire-fighting system


岗位要求：
1. 大学学历，安全或环境工程专业优先
2. 具备3年以上环境，职业健康和安全管理的经验
3. 熟悉EHS相关的法律法规，具有ISO14001，OHSAS18001的经验者优先
4. 具备丰富的安全环境健康相关的法规和标准知识，以及丰富的EHS实践知识和经验
5. 对5S有良好认知
6. 较强的沟通表达讲解能力
7. 一定的英语说写能力
8. 有效的，积极主动的完成工作，并能在压力下独立工作
9. 熟练使用基本的办公软件，如Office等
10.强烈的纠错意识与合作精神
11.对EHS的规定纪律及作业持有严肃的态度

Job Requirements:
1. University degree , major in safety or environment engineering is preferred
2. Minimum 3 years experience working in environment,occupational healthy and safety
2. Knowledge and experience with EHS laws and regulations
3. Experience with industrial safety, ergonomics, basic behavior safety management, and ISO14001,OHSAS 18001 experience will be preferred
4. Professional Skills/Knowledge
5. Good knowledge about EHS,5S
6. Excellent communication skill
7. Good written and spoken English skill
8. Effective&efficien, selfmotivated, with high level of resposeivness and be able to work independently under pressure
9. Good computer skills (MS Office and professional software
