Our client is a 500 fortune company from US (Automotive Industry) located in Suzhou

Responsibilities:
· Take major part in CNC machine installation and automated machining centers
· Responsible for the daily operation of maintenance, preventative maintenance at the working area
· Organizing routine servicing schedules and teams or individuals
· Fixing faults on site or arranging for replacement machinery or equipment to be installed
· Designing maintenance strategies, procedures and methods;
· Planning and scheduling planned and unplanned work; Allocating work to a team of fitters.
· Diagnosing breakdown problems and preparing corrective actions
· Liaising with client departments and customers;
· Arranging specialist procurement of machine parts, fixtures, fittings or components;
· Controlling maintenance tools, stores and equipment;
· Monitoring and controlling maintenance costs
· Applying continuous improvement processes in line with ISO TS
· Select and manage sub-contractors
Develop and maintain assets and/or components to required specifications, focusing on economy, safety, reliability and quality

Qualifications:
- Mechanical Engineering degree
- Good practical and technical skills
- Proficiency in CNC machines (especially in the Automotive Industry)
- Computer skills (CAD, MS Office)
- Language skills: Oral and written English language skills
