Requirement:
1.College degree or above, major in science
2.At least 5-year EHS working experiences and 3 year managerial experiences; Excellent EHS Line and or Functional Management experience; Strong project management skill; Excellent communication, coaching, influencing and leadership skills; Excellent written and spoken English, PC skills.

Responsibility:

Establish, implement and perfect EHS management system of company, ensure EHS policies and practices in compliance within compliance with the regulations of country, local government and company. Achieve Injury Incident Free workplace by continuously reducing the injury and occupational disease.

1.Establish and maintain company Suzhou EHS management system which is in compliance with country, local regulations and company EHS guideline;
2.Establish and implement EHS Goal, Objectives and work plan;
3.Lead the development of a new EHS culture with the objective of zero injuries and zero environmental non-compliances
4.Prepare and manage EHS financial and personnel budget , and let it in control;
5.Monitor, track the status and results of all the EHS improvement and corrective actions;
6.Provide support to the relevant department with professional EHS knowledge, participate in project assessment;
7.Establish and develop a competent and motivated EHS team; Response to recruitment, train, incentive and performance appraisal for EHS personnel;
8.Organize to pass company audit for EHS;
9.Maintain updated knowledge of latest practice and technological developments in EHS industry;
10.Device, establish and maintain EHS training system to ensure all staffs and visitors to be trained with proper EHS awareness and EHS specialty;
11.Complete other works assigned by supervisor.
