职位描述：
Main Duties:
1. Develop a supply base that can support just-in-time manufacturing.
2. To drive inventory reduction of all materials to improve the DIO performance
3. To drive suppliers selection and negotiation process.
4. To develop suppliers generated cost reductions.
5. To work with material users’ (operating units’) issues to understand and satisfy needs and requirements.
6. To manage tracking and report of TCO.
7. To provide support and coach for the sourcing team.
8. To integrate purchasing into core business processes.
9. To develop and utilize best in-class tools to grow competency and credibility.
10. To perform other duties as assigned.
Requirement:
1. Tertiary education in technical discipline.
2. Have at least five years proven record in purchase requirement coordination
3. Well versed in import requirements, quota systems, tariffs and pricing mechanism
4. Had exposures in management of suppliers and ability to leverage on quantity for better purchase terms – delivery, payment terms, etc
5. Good command of English language skill is required.
