职位描述：
1. Technical interface between customer and the plant. In-depth understanding on technical requirements on Al plate products from strategic industry customers for structure design and analysis, material qualification, machining, anodizing, assembly, airworthyness certification etc. Support on new material qualification and lead regular technical communication with the customers for technical intimacy.
2. Early Vendor Involvement (EVI) work with key customers in Asia for the selection and application of Aleris advanced and proprietary alloys in newly designed aircraft by cooperation with the technical and design team of the customer.
3. Involve into R&D work for local customer together with metallurgist/R&D. Follow up material performance in customer end such as in machining shops, and collect material performance information back to the plant for any potential improvement. Identify potential improvement opportunity for material performance and take over leading role during the implementation of the improvement project.
4. In time handling claims and complaints on Al plate product as technical interface between the plant and the customer.
5. Improve knowledge and technical understanding of customers’ requirements on Al plate and share the information in Aleris organization. Perform feasibility assessment on customers’ demand and specifications.
6. Travel to the customer with sales team for business development from technical perspective. Provide technical support/training to the sales team and customer. Compose product brochures for marketing. Join exhibition/seminar/conference for the promotion of Aleris brand and product.
7. Other duties assigned by the manager.
岗位要求：
1. Master or Bachelor degree on Aircraft design and manufacture /Material Science and Engineering etc.
2. Strong engineering background (design or production experience in aircraft industry is preferred) above 5 years at least. Background on aluminum (or other advanced material) is preferred..
3. Good language skills, fluent English (oral and written).
4. Team working spirit.
5. Project Management experience is preferred.
