职位描述：
1.Bachelor degree in one of the following (or close related fields)
Electrical engineering
Electronics engineering
Automations
2. 6 or more years of work experience in the field of electrical engineering
3. 3 or more years of work experience in a renewable energy, or grid related area
4.Good understanding of power electronics and batteries (inverters, converters, power switches, fuses, etc.)
5.Intermediate programming skills
6.Intermediate Inverter firmware knowledge
7.Good energy management system knowledge
8.Basic Battery BMS knowledge
9.English proficiency of B1 or higher
Strongly preferred but not essential
1.Hands-on experience in photovoltaic and hybrid system installations
2.Experience with grid regulations and procedures in China and other countries
3.Excellent energy management system knowledge
4.Excellent Inverter firmware knowledge
Preferred but not essential
1.Master’s degree in any of the aforementioned fields
2.Experience with Labview, Matlab
3.Ability to use 2D design software such as Autocad
4.Ability to use 3D design software such as Solidworks or Catia
5.Work experience in a battery or inverter company
6.English proficiency of C1 or higher

目前主要客户为天津力神、华泰汽车、车和家、重庆瑞驰，松正汽车，卡威汽车等乘用车、物流车客户，目前在开发的客户有：宇通、中通、金龙、常隆等大巴车客户
宇神目前在产生产基地一个，在建生产基地两个：
   圆型生产基地：天津市津南经济开发区中兴道18号，总面积 2,831㎡（产能3.6亿瓦时）
   方型生产基地：江苏省镇江新区大山路4号，总面积 13,000㎡（在建，产能：16.8亿瓦时）
