职位描述：

· Maintain and improve on machine efficiency by fully familiarized with automatic machine system, especially PLC control system related productive bottlenecks and seek most effective ways to eliminate these bottlenecks on a short term/long-term.

· Be involved in developing & innovation of ongoing control system, analyze electrical & mechanical problem in order to determine weakness, establish solutions and implement them.

· Ensure plant and equipment are maintained at the highest level to minimize energy consumption.

· Establish full equipment rules of operation to maximize the operator and equipment safety. Prepare equipment management document to ensure equipment are operated in its designated order.

· Perform cost analysis studies and prepare necessary spare parts to ensure the spare parts are sufficient and fit for maintenance requirement and minimizing machine down time.

· Manage and control financial budget approved for maintenance projects and ensure such projects are implemented in timely and most efficient way.

Maintain good coordination with other department.

Requirements:

· Bachelor degree in Mechanical / Electrical engineering.

· 5 years experience in equipment maintenance and trouble shoot automatic machine problem especially in PLC system.

· Experience equipment management.

· Experinence implementing ISO & QS systems.

· Good communication in English and Mandarin.

· Team cooperation.

· Knowledge of PC application.
