Position Title: Customer Service Supervisor 客服主管
Reports To: H&I Product Manager
Location: Zhenjiang, Jiangsu, China

Responsibilities:
The main purpose of this position is to assist the sales manager to manage daily business operations in customer service from order to cash and carry out business driven projects and actions. The job will improve the coordination and communication between different departments and follow up execution action.

1. IT solutions/ improvements
2. Sales figure analysis
3. Credit/ AR control and review
4. SOP improvements
5. Inquiry follow up/ pricing analysis
6. Assigned project from line manager
7. Communication and coordination between departments.
8. Lead the customer service staff
9. Claim handling

Qualifications:
1. At least 3 years’ experience in sales/marketing/ customer service/ international trading area is preferred
2. Bachelor degree is required
3. Knowledge of stainless steel is a plus
4. Working experience in tube business is a plus
5. Leader of a small team will be a plus
6. International trading regulations
7. Basic financial knowledge.
8. Good English
9. Good leadership and open mind.
10. Basic tube product and production knowledge
