职位描述：
工作要求Job Requirements

1. 熟悉海天注塑机操作及注塑模具工艺参数调整；
    Good knowledge of Haitian injection molding machine and processing parameters setting.
2. 熟悉热流道注塑模具的维修保养；
     Good skill of hot runner plastics mold maintenance and PM.
3. 专业知识：机械或模具相关专业。
     Professional knowledge: mechanical mould or related discipline.
4. 工作经验：有五年以上的注塑模具维修经验。
   Work experience: more than five years of injection mould maintenance experience.
5.有机械加工经验：普车，铣床，平面磨床。
   Machineing experience is required, skilled to operate the lathe machine,surface grinding machine and milling machine.

岗位职责Job Responsibility:

1. 负责不同产品模具的更换收发及保养管控。
    Responsible for production mold exchange and maintain control.
2. 负责模具的日常维护及保养。
     Responsible for the daily maintenance of the mold and PM.
3. 及时填写模具的相关管理文件及表单。
    Timely complete the mold related management documents and forms.
4. 保证维修区域的5S的执行和保持。
    Keep your area 5 s implementation and maintenance.
5. 执行上级安排的其他工作。
   Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.
6. 遵守公司的安全生产管理制度及规则，进行安全作业生产。
 Abide by the rules and the company's safety production management system, production safety operations.
7. 要了解本岗位有关的危险及环境因素，有一定的安全环境保护意识。
   Know the risk and environmental factors related to this position, there is a certain security
   environmental protection consciousness.
8. 能够正确的佩戴和使用劳动防护用品.
