Job Description:
1. Business Partnering (Project level)
- Be a Business Partner for the Project Manager and the Project Core Team.
- Track project time schedule, challenge the project teams to assure a successful project execution.
- Keep Project Manager continuously updated on financial situation of the project
- Be the main point of contact for all Financial Issues related to the project.
- Coordinate and follow-up all financial matters with other partners and liaise with Customer Finance Organization.
- Work with PM to prepare project risk, opportunity list and assess the financial impact on monthly/quarterly basis.
2. Project Calculation & Reporting
- Update Estimated-at-completion calculation on a regular basis.
- Estimate sales and cost based on rate of performance in an given period if need.
- Monitoring cost performance, and analyze price variance and usage variance, find a better way to save cost.
- Challenge the project teams to assure a successful project execution.
- Review and analyze variances between Budget, Forecast and Actual figures and comment on them in monthly Reporting.
- Performs monthly closing process for all projects costing-related activities to ensure that all transactions are properly booked.
- Give timely report to line manger if project is costing more than forecast and budget or taking longer than schedule.
- Review and challenge cash planning (incl. action plans & follow up).
- Prepare and update monthly financial reports and presentation in project review meetings.
3. Other
- Follow-up on customer invoicing and ensure timely collection of invoices. Take all necessary actions to limit overdue on Account Receivables.
- Provide support to bid activities (costing).
Qualification:
1. Accounting bachelor degree with 2-5 years experience on project cost management.
2. Fluent English,Fluent oral and written English on daily works.
3. Autonomous.
4. Flexible (cross-culture environment).
5. Skilled in excel, PPT.
6. Strong communication skills and problem solving skills,operational effectiveness.
