2. 严格根据课程安排，充分备课以完成教学任务；
3. 服从学校和部门的工作安排；
4. 积极参与学校和部门组织的各种培训、教研、讲座和会议等活动；
5. 确保不在竞争性或相似的机构和学校担任相同内容的授课任务。

4、细心，耐心，肯吃苦，能承受较强的工作压力；性格活泼外向，具有较强的责任心；具有团队合作精神和较强的组织协调能力以及创新能力。
