职位描述：
-教育背景：化工化学、材料相关专业，本科以上学历
Education background: Chemistry Inorganic, material
-素质要求：逻辑思维能力、判断力、决策力、沟通能力
Quality requirement: Logical thinking ability, good judgment sense, leadership and good communication ability.
-岗位职责：
Job responsibilities:
1.使用化学仪器检验和分析化学原材料，判定原料合格与否；
Testing and analysis the chemical material by chemical instrument to judge the quality of the material.
2.半成品的抽样检测，解决产品在生产工程中出现的问题；
Sampling Inspection of semi-finished product and to solve the problem appears in production process.
3.检验、控制和管理产品在生产工程中的品质，并确保成品最终质量；
The testing, control and management of the quality of products and ensure the final quality of products.
4.与市场服务技术人员一同分析、解决产品在客户端所产生的品质问题，解决并减少客诉；
Analysis and solve the production problem on the client side with the marketing colleague, reduce the complain of our customer
5.寻找新型材料替代原有材料，提高产品性能，降低成本。
