职位描述：
Recruitment
- Stay close to functional leaders to properly scope recruitment requirements for short term and long term.
- Identify the long term candidate pipeline for business future competency needs.
- Leverage talent market expertise & competitor intelligence to influence and coach hiring managers on talent market trends availability, challenges & risk and assist to make right hiring strategy and decision.
- Identify gaps and lead for improvements with critical recruitment metrics and management information in order to make data driven decisions.
- Ensure the recruitment is in line with Corporate directive, process as well as local practice.

Training
- Stay close to functional leaders to properly scope training needs for short term and long term.
- Design, develop or select training programs to support company continuous people development strategy.
- Deliver the annual training plan and implement the training programs at high quality
- Control and construe training budget

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, majored in HRM or business management.
- With more than 5 years' experience in relevant HR roles in MNCs. Experience in searching firms is also welcome.
- Strong team spirit and effective team player
- Strong communication skills at all levels
- Good English, both verbally and in writing.
- Good business acumen, mature and can act as a change agent
- Able to work under pressure
